Shipping Information:
All Items will ship within 2 days of payment being received via Registered mail. Normal delivery times are two days within Australia and five to seven days to Overseas customers. Shipping costs are a flat rate $15 within Australia and $25 to overseas buyers. The only exception to this is for some of the larger pieces which will cost more. These Items will be marked as such in the item description. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil an order we will notify the customer within 2 working days

Returns Policy
Our returns policy is listed below. Please read this carefully before purchasing from A & M Antiques
We will give a full or partial refund if the item does not meet the description on the website or any damage report provided as per request from the buyer. A request via email must be sent within (7)seven days of receiving the item for the refund to be valid.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that: - are incomplete or are not returned in their original packaging, show signs of physical damage to the product or its packaging.
If you receive a product that appears to have been "Damaged in Transit" - that is, damaged in transit from us to you - you should refuse to accept delivery of the product, direct the courier to "Return goods to sender" and notify our Customer Service staff immediately.
Events such as wilful damage, misuse, unauthorised repair or tampering with a product may prevent a product being accepted for return or warranty repair or replacement.
